And yet another extension of Ivy's night life: paralysis showed up when my alarm went off, annoyingly enough. I spent an agonized minute or two attempting to regain mobility because, of course, the 'mates were both out. 'Twas less than amusing.

I dragged myself into the shop, where I found out schools in the area had gone into lockdown. It's strange to be seeing these things from another perspective. More out in the open, maybe, especially in comparison to how my high school reacted to September eleventh. Medusa, apparently, noticed the difference as well, as she tossed me a considerate e-mail in which she requested I remain on campus for the week lest I end up with a hole in myself.

Except I had plans with Artemis, the lass I'm playing opposite in the scene (which we perform tomorrow). Considering we'd never even seen each other before Indigo recruited us less than three weeks ago, we've managed to bond rather well (so saith the ever-so-social moi).

So now I have blood-red streaks in my hair, courtesy of all the glamor that comes with trotting about onstage. As entertaining and fulfilling as tech work is, you can't get a free dye job out of it.

Adieu.
