School wasn't so bad. In spite of jet lag, etc, I had no trouble at all getting up at five. I gave Engh-Anh her birthday present and she was ecstatic. I did my IB English oral (got good old Prufrock this time), thought it went very badly and was told it went very well. I didn't argue. I got out of TOK in order to do it and was therefore denied the pleasure of watching Lord of the Flies with the rest of the class. I found out I have a B+ in Trig. I found out that Jessie has a new paramour and that she's still a sadist. I discovered one looks very stupid indeed with an Ace bandage around one's neck and only slightly less stupid with a Band-Aid on it. Katie asked if my cats had gone nuts on me. Mao asked if I'd been attacked by a hooker in Amsterdam. And I saw Mao herself, which was grand.Adieu.
